Return and Exchange

We want your Smiling Cat order to feel right. If something is not working for you, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Returns are eligible for 7 days after order delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange eligibility

Exchanges are accepted for size or product issues when stock is available. If the requested size or item is unavailable, our team will help with the closest available option or return process.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact Smiling Cat support with your order number, delivery date, product name, and reason for return or exchange. Our team will review the request and share the next steps.

Important notes

Items that are damaged due to use, missing tags, washed, altered, or returned after the 7-day window may not be accepted. Refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected.
